Neil Linscheid, a University of MN Extension Educator who specializes in the rural economy, will be in Jackson to meet with interested retailers to discuss the resource the University may be able to bring to Jackson to meet the needs you discuss with him at this session. Neil will provide examples of what has been done in other small communities to assist the retail community gain strength and vitality.
